We perform a detailed construction review prior to commencement of construction activity to identify potential issues or conflicts. By closely monitoring all team meetings, we are acutely aware of all issues on the project, keeping the owner informed at every turn. We provide solutions and recommendations that are beneficial to the project as a whole and pride ourselves in forecasting potential issues prior to them actually affecting the project. This pre-project planning and forethought keeps a project on time and within budget.
